Morocco is undoubtedly one of the best gastronomic destinations in the world with an exceptionally rich culinary heritage.

It is a sharing cuisine rich in the taste of spices that soften the dishes and bring them flavors and colors.

Saffron, ginger, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, cantharide, ras el hanout, their mere mention takes us on a journey of flavor.

Moroccan cuisine is simple but its variations are endless. Certainly there are cooking classes in Morocco, but the original is the real ancestral know-how of the use of spices which is transmitted to the country from mother to daughter.  

No pounds and no precise dosage. Everyone imagines their own recipes and mixes, in order to give the dishes a unique and personal touch.

Tagine, Couscous Tangia,  no dish will ever look like another. This is what makes it a rich and varied cuisine.

The Villa Jenny Lynn offers you an original experience around a  copper barbecue  full of  burning embers for you to  grilling delicious selections of finely cut meat.
